Last Friday's CNY party was a success! The first big thing by Welfare went well. Kim and I were uber happy. I was the DJ and host for the day, and I enjoyed moiself truely. There was a bit of technical glitch at first coz the class com couldn't play songs from moi iPod coz iTunes wasn't installed in it. But Mr D. solved it with his lappy. We plugged a black wire into my iPod and the other end went into the socket in the wall. I played many songs and dedicated a friendship song to the class. It was 'Ever The Same' by Rob Thomas. Although I didn't manage to eat much, coz all the crumbs were left, I was bouncy all day long. I don't mean high!!

After school, Ade and I took a bus to NY. I saw Ms Thng talking to another teacher at the Meeting Point and waved to her, while indicating that I'll wait for her. She took a long time to finish talking to a teacher. Well, I was marvelling at her smashing outfit. She prob revamped her whole wardrobe.
She dresses more formally now after becoming a form. Yay for her! I forgot to congratulate her. So I shall now. We chatted from the Meeting Point all the way up to her new office at the Multi Purpose Room. I asked her if her new office was in the HOD office and she grinned and said she wished. She shares her office with a few other contract teachers. It is rather cosy in there. I sat in a comfy sofa and updated her about all the stuff in RGS. She was still as quirky as she was b4 I left. She will be leaving NY soon, so I think I will get her something for Teachers' Day in advance. She introduced me to all the teachers there. They were very friendly. Ms Poon was giggling at all our weird jokes. It was a pity she had to leave for lunch or we could continue chatting.

I met Shun wif Eunice at the hall. We welcome each other with a hug but we didn't talk much to each other after that. She used to have so much to tell me, but now we seem very alien to one another. She even acted a little hostile when I asked her to visit moi blog. She seems very depressed somewhat. I asked her what is her fav band and her reply was very bland. She said she doesn't listen to music anymore. She is a different Shun I know. Mebbe that's jus part and parcel of life. Friends will grow apart after going different ways. I didn't expect it to turn out this way. I must admit I feel a tad upset. I thought I always wear my heart on my sleeve but she didn't seem to notice that I was abnormally quiet that day. It shows that we have indeed grown apart. What a sad affair. But there's nothing much one can do. Sob... ...Sob... ...
