Yesterday's training was quite good except that I took a long time to get back into from and take a good run up. The sec 1 long jumper wasn't as scary as we all thought. At least my track career will not end so fast. Now with He Min in Jumps, I got someone to talk to my age. Haha. I thnik my spring off is quite good so I have more height. There was loads of sand in my shoe, which is pretty unusual coz sand normally doesn't like me. The sun was very hot, but that was normal. It's just that after missing 3 trainings, I have a slight aversion to heat and the Great Outdoors.

My head was nearly chopped off by Ms Sharon ong yesterday coz I forgot to sign the Undertking Form. Luckily she didn't deal with me too hard coz I looked like an apologetic puppy. It was fortunate that there were similarly blur people like me so there was a group scolding. It would have been bad if I was the only poor fella who was clueless. haha.

Gotta go. I updated the music on my blog so I hope no more file errors will happen.
